  • Free Shipping: We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100 and discounted shipping rates on international orders over $100 .

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Pre-Orders and Backorders: If an item is on pre-order or backorder, you will be notified of the expected shipping date. These items may take longer to process.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method. On average, international orders take 7-21 business days to arrive.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. N12 Products is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.


9. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your shipping address or order details, please contact us at support@n12products.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
