1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and Unused: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Receipt/Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products due to hygiene concerns.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition or shows signs of use, we may issue a partial refund or deny the return.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting customer support.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Opened bamboo toothbrushes
- Used hair combs or beard combs
- Personalized or custom-made items
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
